COMPUTER POLICY
The way things get done.
• Computer systems are repaired at $34.95 per hour if repair is other than a flat rate repair. One hour diagnosis charge will be assessed if customer elects to not have repair completed. All repairs under $100.00 are authorized to be preformed without customer approval. All repairs over $100 require verbal authorization from customer.
• Snare Systems will advice customer of the economic feasibility of repair.
• Payment is due immediately for special order (not in stock) repair parts totaling $100 or more.
• Computer diagnosis will be done in 2-3 business days. Immediate repair is available for a $30.00 rush repair fee.
